Once your 7 day meal plan is created, a shopping list will be generated to take the pain out of getting all the great ingredients for your tasty meals.

SO WHAT DO I ACTUALLY GET?
After purchasing a plan, you will receive an email with your dietary questionnaire.
This will quantify your macros plus all dietary requirements so that we can create your 7 day plan for you.
You can select multiple nutrition tags and styles of eating, like low lactose, high protein etc.
Your plan is set to what meals you eat, if you don't like breakfast or dessert, we can exclude them. Want additional snacks? You can add them in.
The meal plans come with up to 3 x different breakfast options, 3 x lunch, 3 x dinner and 2 x desserts plus snacks. There are also options to choose less variety than this, keeping meal prepping, cooking and shopping lists simpler, less time intensive and cheaper.
Once you submit your form, we will configure your meal plan to the parameters provided and provide it back within 24 hours direct to your email, including your interactive 7 day plan, all the required recipes and a shopping list!
Our initial meal plans will be $129, there will also be options for multiple plans purchased at once for a discount, on monthly, fortnightly and weekly options.
