Search 4 Hurt - Hyrox PFT Day at EMF Nerang

You could be the next star on Search 4 Hurt by qualifying all throughout November!

Quallies are your times from 3 x separate challenges

-5km Parkrun time

-Hyrox PFT

-100 x Burpees for time

At EMF we will be hitting the PFT, which is a functional fitness workout and involves the following;

-1000m Run

-50 x Burpee Broad Jumps

-100 x Lunges

-1000m Row

-30 x HR Push Ups

-100 x Wall Balls (Men 6kg, Women 4kg)

You could hit all three challenges in the same day, joining Matt at Main Beach Parkrun on Saturday morning at 7am, the Hyrox PFT at EMF and then your burpees straight after!

The more the merrier, so bring your friends for a workout, you will get free entry to this amazing facility and will be able to use the pools and sauna afterwards!
